From no-code tools to AAA physics systems — I've led product and program strategy for some of Unity's most technically complex systems. My focus covered Unity Visual Scripting, Shader Graph, Unity Physics, Havok Physics, PhysX, and the Entity Component System (ECS) of the Data-Oriented Tech Stack (DOTS).
Across these features, I managed the full PM lifecycle: conducting user research across creator personas, defining roadmaps and OKRs, aligning cross-functional teams, and maintaining transparent communications with a developer community over 1 million strong.
Currently, I'm developing Unity's Solution Productization program — a cross-functional initiative that turns learnings from real-world game productions into feature improvements for the Unity editor.
