From no-code tools to AAA physics systems — I've led product and program strategy for some of Unity's most technically complex systems. My focus covered Unity Visual Scripting, Shader Graph, Unity Physics, Havok Physics, PhysX, and the Data-Oriented Tech Stack (DOTS).
Across these features, I managed the full PM lifecycle: conducting user research across creator personas, defining roadmaps and OKRs, aligning cross-functional teams, and maintaining transparent communications with a developer community over 1 million strong.
Currently, I'm developing Unity's internal Solution Productization program. It's a cross-functional initiative created from the ground up to turn learnings from real-world game productions into feature improvements for the Unity editor.
